Sport Climbing Level 1 course is your first step to the climbing world. You will be instructed on the fundamentals of ‘Top-Rope’ climbing.

Safe climbing and belaying techniques is the focus in this course, you will be instructed in:
– Climbing gear knowledge, handling, and care
– Safe belaying techniques
– Climbing knots and rope-work
– Climbing communication

At the end of the day, all skills acquired will be assessed and participants will be awarded with Level 1 Certification.

Level 1 Belay Class

Please note:
– No climbing experience is required. Participants to be at least 13 years old. Participants below 17 years old must have the agreement form, signed by their parents/guardians.
– All necessary equipment will be provided.
